Aims:

The Reservoirs Act 1975, which ensures the safety of UK reservoirs, is in the process of being updated by the Flood and Water Management Act (F&WMA) 2010. For historic houses and estates there are particular challenges in satisfying the changes in legislation whilst maintaining a sensitive approach to the management of historic water features. Haycock aim to provide a forum for interested groups to share experiences of implementing these changes.
