Private Water Supplies
Over a number of years Haycock have supported the National Trust in managing issues relating to their private water supplies. We have developed a risk assessment tool that identifies actions to ensure a safe supply and to support clients in meeting the latest standards.
Bodiam Castle
Bodiam’s private wastewater facilities experience severe fluctuations in usage between seasons and the day of the week. Haycock were asked to assess and redesign the system to meet water quality standards.
Environmental Compliance
Haycock created a database to log all private water, wastewater and oil storage assets on all National Trust properties. We then project managed a national audit to identify risks to each asset and the level of compliance.
Ensuring that regulatory standards are met is critical to good environmental performance. Failure can lead to enforcement notices, financial penalties, health and safety issues and ultimately damage reputation.
